Well I'm taking a new approach to drawing. That is to say that I'm taking sometime to re-evaluate my style and try some new stuff out, including life drawing, fashion design, etc. This might or might not work out but I feel that I can only grow as an artist by getting away from the restraints of anime and manga like styles. This also means that I will either have more work put up or less depending on the effects. So sorry for those that like my current style and hooray for those that want to see something different out of me. Until then, taking it a day at time here in Hawaii.

Yes plan A failed...Miserably. I can say I have only thought about my projects and done a lot of artwork for my illustration class. Well now that the class has ended and my angst with it,time to move forward. Sooooo here is a temporary lets hope I can do some of this plan (Plan B for short) XD

1.) Dk summer project (25% complete)
2.) Commissions start July 6th
3.) Doujinshi start date July 4th ( or will be scraped)
4.) Designs for kawaii kon start July 8th


So yeah lets see where this takes me.

Being that its almost been a month I think its time for an update and to rethink so plans.
So here is the new plan?

1.) Create list of fan creations to make for Con coming in April (yes its really early)-6/14
2.) Dragon Knights fan art (for pure amusement)-6/20
3.) Work on J-pop artist inspired drawings-continuous, but 3-4 by July
4.) Contemplate practicality of Hitman Reborn comic-if "yes" finish by end of August
5.) Start & finish commissions- End of June.

On fun note I am enjoying my downloaded games for the DS on the R4 chip (has proudly figure out how to use it...after a year!)

Summer break is HERE! Well sort of...I still have summer school and work but I do have a fashion illustration course I'm taking starting next week (woot). So yes once again, hers hoping to produce some more artwork and dwindle the amount of art supplies I have with me.

Also here's some goals(not that any will get accomplished):

1.) Work on real life based drawings (future portfolio for animation class)
2.) a hitman reborn doujinshi (10-15pages)
3.) draw at least 1 finished and colored piece a week.

If anyone has any suggestions for concepts or things they'd like to see me attempt to drawn or think would be good for me to do, I'm wiling to listen.

Yeah, tomorrow is my last day of school before spring break and low and behold its also my BIRTHDAY! I will become.....25.....Yes, you may scream now. Actually I'm looking forward to it and hopefully I can get some drawing done over the break between work (which is always present) and writing papers (which always damper days off in the school year).
